If you want to send us leads on other people's houses, you should be looking in Northern California, the Phoenix Area, and Las Vegas. We buy houses in any condition or price range in those areas.

How Much Money Can I Earn?
How much do you want to make? You can earn up to $1000 per referral and there's no limit on how much money you can make! We pay from $500 to $1000 for each house you refer to us that we buy. It's that simple!

What Do I Have To Do?
Simply provide us with leads for properties. While you're driving to work, walking the neighborhood, or running errands, keep your eyes open for signs. Send us a list of houses that are For Sale By Owner (FSBO), or vacant. Vacant, boarded houses are very valuable to us. Or, if you know of someone who needs to sell a house, tell us. It's that easy!

What Not To Do:
Don't send us leads of houses that are listed in the newspaper, or that are listed with a Real Estate Agent.

How Do I Get Started?
To get started now, simply follow the 4-Step Process outlined below:

Register With Local Homebuyers Group, LLC.

Complete our simple CASH REWARD PROGRAM REGISTRATION FORM and submit it to us by fax or mail. We will need your complete name, address, and phone number so that we know where to mail the checks and how we can reach you. Once we receive your completed, signed registration form, we will send you a Registration Confirmation via email. As soon as you receive your confirmation, you are eligible to participate in the Cash Reward Program. Please note, once payouts exceed $600 per calendar year, we will issue a 1099 IRS Form as required by law.

Locate Leads

Find houses that are For Sale By Owner, or vacant. Remember, we buy houses in any condition or price range, in the areas listed above. Ugly, run-down houses don't bother us.

Refer Leads to Local Homebuyers Group, LLC.

Submit our simple CASH REWARD REFERRAL FORM by fax, email, or mail. After sending someone to drive by the house and reviewing our Leads Database for duplicates, we will fax or email you a Cash Reward Confirmation indicating the number of qualified leads received and listed in our Leads Database with your name assigned.

Get Paid!

Checks will be mailed (to the address you provided) shortly after we close on a house. Sometimes you may even receive a surprise check many months after submitting your leads. Once a lead is assigned to your name, it stays in our database until we buy the house or someone else does.
